The training and participation plan
It includes an explanation of the activities and steps necessary to implement the opportunity, with an explanation of the time periods and costs for each activity and for the entire opportunity, as providing this information accurately reflects the professionalism of those in charge of the opportunity and their experience in the field of community work.

Phase 1 – Launching & Orientation Activity: Launching event introducing the YPM project. Details: Presentation of the project objectives and structure. Introduction of mentors and their academic majors. Beneficiaries select the mentor whose major or expertise they are most interested in. Expected Outcome: Beneficiaries are matched with mentors based on academic interests and career aspirations. Phase 2 – Mentorship Sessions (10 Sessions per Mentor) Frequency: 1–2 sessions per week (based on team availability). Format: Interactive, peer-to-peer sessions with group discussions, exercises, and Q&A. Content: For School Students: Exploration of different university majors. Understanding academic requirements and career prospects. Guidance on making informed choices for higher education. For University Students: Advanced knowledge related to their major. Development of academic and soft skills (e.g., communication, teamwork, research). Career orientation and practical insights from peers. Expected Outcome: Beneficiaries gain relevant knowledge, practical skills, and improved clarity about their academic and career paths. Phase 3 – Reflection & Feedback Activity: Closing and evaluation session. Details: Beneficiaries share their experiences and lessons learned. Mentors provide feedback on the learning process. Collection of evaluations for future project improvement. Expected Outcome: Beneficiaries reflect on their growth, and the project team gathers insights to enhance upcoming cycles.
