In collaboration with Chebaa Municipality, this volunteer opportunity invites participants to support the distribution of food parcels to beneficiary families. Volunteers will help ensure that assistance is delivered in an organized and respectful manner, while contributing to community solidarity and support.
Volunteer's Role
- Assist in preparing and organizing food packages before distribution.
- Help organize the reception of beneficiaries and distribute the packages .
- Support loading and transportation of food packages when needed.
- Interact with beneficiaries respectfully and maintain their privacy and dignity.
- Coordinate with the Jeel team and Chebaa Municipality to ensure a smooth and well-organized distribution.
- Support activity documentation in accordance with the organization’s procedures, when needed.

The volunteer opportunity will be implemented in collaboration with Chebaa Municipality according to the following steps: 1. Gathering and Briefing Volunteers will gather at the designated meeting point and receive a brief orientation about the activity, the distribution process, and their roles and responsibilities. 2. Food Package Preparation Volunteers will assist in arranging and preparing the food parcels and ensuring they are ready for distribution. 3. Food Packages Distribution Volunteers will participate in distributing food packages to beneficiary families in coordination with the Jeel Sustainable Development team and Shebaa Municipality. 4. Distribution Organization Volunteers will help organize the flow of beneficiaries, provide guidance, and offer support as needed to ensure a smooth and organized distribution process. 5. Closing the Activity Volunteers will assist in organizing the distribution area and ensuring that the activity is completed properly.
