Determine the challenges to be faced, i.e. the identified societal problems, who is affected and what are the repercussions on society.
Equip 40 young men and women with advanced life skills and leadership competencies to strengthen their capacity for leadership and community engagement. Support the design and development of 20 youth-led community initiatives that respond to the needs of their communities. Strengthen young people’s systems thinking and structured problem-solving skills. Promote social cohesion and encourage collaboration and interaction among youth from diverse backgrounds and regions. Establish a network of young leaders to continue learning, collaboration, and sustainable community impact.

Be registered on the National Volunteering Platform. Be between 17 and 29 years old. Be a youth volunteer or have previous experience in community engagement/work. Demonstrate a clear interest in leadership and youth-led initiatives. Show strong motivation to participate in implementing community-focused initiatives. Commit to attending the full 3-day residential camp. Be open to experiential learning and collaborative work. Have basic knowledge or previous experience in life skills or similar programs. Submit a CV or recommendation letter confirming previous volunteering experience.
It includes an explanation of the activities and steps necessary to implement the opportunity, with an explanation of the time periods and costs for each activity and for the entire opportunity, as providing this information accurately reflects the professionalism of those in charge of the opportunity and their experience in the field of community work.
Selected volunteers will arrive at the youth camp(the exact location will be shared later with selected participants). Upon arrival, participants will be welcomed and introduced to the camp, its objectives, agenda, and key expectations. The program will begin with an orientation session to ensure a common understanding of the learning journey, followed by full participation in interactive and experiential activities throughout the 3-day camp. Youth will actively participate in all sessions, group work, and discussions. The overall plan, tasks, and expected outcomes of the camp will also be explained to ensure clarity and encourage active participation and collaboration throughout the program.
