Participants should be between 16 and 29 years old. Commitment to attend and participate throughout the activity. Ability to complete a moderate hiking trail. Welcoming participants, registration, and initial introductions among youth. Sharing a light breakfast to start the day in a friendly atmosphere and encourage interaction between participants. Introducing the initiative, explaining the agenda, and providing safety guidelines. Conducting a group hiking activity in nature to encourage communication and connections among participants from different regions. Introducing the optional "Outside the Screen" experience, where participants can put their phones aside during part of the activity to focus on real-life interaction and being present in the moment. Delivering awareness sessions on social cohesion, psychosocial well-being, responsible digital engagement, and environmental awareness. Facilitating interactive activities to break barriers and strengthen relationships among participants. Implementing the "Life Pot" creative activity through painting pots, planting seeds, and exchanging them as a symbol of connection and shared growth. Conducting a final evaluation and sharing participants’ reflections at the end of the day.
