As part of our ongoing efforts to empower youth and strengthen their life skills, the Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST) is organizing a Life Skills Training on Problem Solving and Effective Communication in Al Ain MAKANI center, with an expected participation of approximately 45 participants.

The training will begin at 3:00 PM, starting with an introduction to the session objectives, agenda, and participation guidelines. Participants will then engage in a series of interactive activities, group discussions, and role-playing exercises designed to enhance their problem-solving abilities, decision-making, effective communication, active listening, and teamwork skills.

All necessary training materials will be provided, along with refreshments and light snacks throughout the session to ensure participants' comfort. The training will be facilitated by experienced trainers and supported by coordinators who will guide participants and ensure the activities are conducted in a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.
