Determine the challenges to be faced, i.e. the identified societal problems, who is affected and what are the repercussions on society.
This initiative enabled youth to put the Life Skills they had learned into practice while strengthening their understanding of active citizenship, teamwork, leadership, communication, environmental responsibility, and volunteerism. It also reinforced their sense of community ownership and demonstrated how young people can create positive change through community-based initiatives.

Before the Initiative: Welcome participants and complete the attendance registration. Introduce the initiative's objectives and activity schedule. Divide participants into working groups. Explain safety procedures and distribute the required tools and planting materials. During the Initiative: Clean the planting beds by removing weeds and litter. Prepare the soil and rehabilitate the garden beds. Plant flowers and ornamental plants in the designated areas. Water the plants and organize the landscaped spaces. Promote teamwork and collaboration among participants while documenting the activities through photos. After the Initiative: Clean the site and collect all tools and materials. Conduct a short reflection session with participants to discuss the experience and lessons learned. Take a group photo with all participants. Develop a simple follow-up plan for watering and maintaining the plants to ensure the sustainability of the initiative.
