Layali Lebanon Social Charity (Leading Together) is seeking motivated and committed volunteers who are passionate about community engagement and creating positive impact.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to strengthen their personal and professional skills, participate in capacity-building activities, contribute to organizational development efforts, and support initiatives that promote community well-being and empowerment.
Training and capacity-building activities may be conducted in person, online, or through a hybrid format, depending on operational needs, circumstances, and contextual considerations.
We welcome enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference through volunteering.

Volunteers will participate in a structured volunteer engagement program designed to strengthen their personal and professional capacities while supporting the organization's activities. The opportunity will include the following phases: 1. Application review and volunteer selection process. 2. Orientation session introducing the organization, its mission, objectives, and volunteer roles. 3. Participation in capacity-building activities related to Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Code of Conduct, and relevant organizational procedures. 4. Engagement in community-based and institutional activities implemented by the organization according to operational needs. 5. Regular follow-up and reflection meetings to exchange experiences, monitor progress, and gather feedback. 6. Final evaluation and recognition of volunteers upon completion of their engagement. Activities and training sessions may be conducted in person, online, or through a hybrid format, depending on operational requirements and contextual considerations. Volunteers will benefit from practical learning opportunities, capacity-building activities, and a certificate of participation issued by Layali Lebanon Social Charity supported by UN WOMEN.
