Registered at Nahno Platform Participants (aged 17–29) are selected through a transparent and merit-based process, based on: Active engagement in volunteering and community work Demonstrated leadership potential Strong motivation to implement community initiatives Commitment to fully attend the residential training Openness to experiential learning and innovation Basic prior exposure to life skills or similar programs Submission of a CV or a recommendation letter confirming volunteering experience
It includes an explanation of the activities and steps necessary to implement the opportunity, with an explanation of the time periods and costs for each activity and for the entire opportunity, as providing this information accurately reflects the professionalism of those in charge of the opportunity and their experience in the field of community work.
Selected volunteers will arrive at the youth camp in Batroun (exact location to be shared later with selected participants). Upon arrival, participants will receive a warm welcome and an overview of the bootcamp, including objectives, agenda, and key expectations. The program will begin with an introductory session to align participants on the learning journey, followed by full engagement in interactive, experiential activities over the course of 3 days. Youth will actively participate in all sessions, group work, and discussions, and will be introduced to the overall plan, tasks, and expected outcomes of the bootcamp to ensure clarity, engagement, and collaboration throughout the program.
