Climate change is one of the most pressing challenges of our time, and raising awareness among youth is a vital step toward building a more informed, proactive, and environmentally responsible generation.
This opportunity invites passionate volunteers to take part in a day of educational sessions designed to engage young people (aged 15 to 24) on climate change, its local and global impacts, and the actions they can take to contribute to a healthier and more sustainable planet.
These sessions will be conducted in coordination with UNICEF, as part of a unified and coordinated effort to reach multiple youth groups. Each session will last approximately 45 minutes and will feature interactive discussions, visual materials, and simple, actionable messages on sustainability—such as reducing waste, conserving water and energy, protecting natural resources, and understanding the importance of climate justice.
Champion volunteers will take part in facilitating or supporting the logistical organization of the sessions.
Participants will receive prior training on the content and facilitation methods.
Active volunteers will be awarded certificates of participation.
