Required Knowledge: Ability to teach at the primary and lower secondary education levels. Knowledge of academic support and remedial education methods. Ability to teach languages and scientific subjects. Understanding of children’s educational and psychological needs across different developmental stages. Required Skills: Effective communication skills with children using a supportive educational approach. Ability to explain academic concepts in a clear and simplified manner. Time management skills and the ability to organize academic support sessions. Ability to motivate children and build their self-confidence. Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with educational supervisors.


Opportunity requirements

The volunteer should have an appropriate educational level that qualifies them to provide academic support for primary and lower secondary students. Ability to teach languages or scientific subjects. Commitment to attendance according to one of the following options: two days per week at two hours per day, or one day per week for four hours. Ability to work with children within a safe and supportive educational environment. Commitment to educational ethics and child protection principles. Demonstrated patience, responsibility, and discipline.


The volunteer opportunity plan

Objectives: Help children with homework and strengthen their skills in languages and scientific subjects. Build self-confidence and responsibility toward learning. Tasks: Assist children with homework and teaching. Provide individual or group support and explain lessons clearly. Monitor progress and motivate children to learn. Volunteer Schedule: Two days per week, two hours per day, or one day per week, four hours.
