As part of its ongoing environmental efforts, LOST is organizing a volunteer reforestation activity at a municipality-owned farmland in Kaa Al Rim on January 29, 2026, with the participation of 200 volunteers. The activity will begin with a safety briefing, after which participants from Al-Bardouni High School, Kaa Al Rim convent, Kaa Al Rim Scouts, Lebanese Red Cross- Youth, and the Kaa Al Rim Municipality will work together to plant 100 pine trees in the municipality agricultural owned land will start at 10:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM. All necessary supplies—including gloves, tools, and materials—will be provided, and transportation to and from the site will be arranged. Refreshments and light snacks will be available throughout the event, while friendly coordinators accompany the teams to provide support, ensure safety, and maintain smooth operations. This initiative reflects LOST’s deep commitment to environmental volunteerism, fostering collaboration among local schools, youth groups, and municipal partners, and promoting sustainability and green spaces within the community.
