The Bright Streets, Better Lives initiative offers youth the opportunity to actively contribute to improving public cleanliness and environmental responsibility within their community. Volunteers will work alongside the municipality to install plastic waste bins in internal streets, raise awareness about proper waste disposal, and monitor the project’s impact.
This opportunity empowers youth to take part in hands-on environmental action, develop leadership and teamwork skills, and become agents of positive change by promoting cleaner, healthier public spaces.

Volunteers should meet the following requirements: • Aged 15–29 years • Strong interest in environmental protection and community service. • Willingness to participate in field activities such as bin installation and awareness outreach. • Ability to work in a team and communicate respectfully with residents. • Availability during the initiative day and follow-up monitoring periods. • No prior experience required; training and guidance will be provided.
