The volunteer opportunity plan
It includes an explanation of the activities and steps necessary to implement the opportunity, with an explanation of the time periods and costs for each activity and for the entire opportunity, as providing this information accurately reflects the professionalism of those in charge of the opportunity and their experience in the field of community work.

9:00 – Gathering and Registration: Students arrive at school, check in, and proceed to the designated starting point. 9:10 – Launch and Introduction: A brief overview of the initiative, its environmental and national significance, and the students’ roles in achieving its goals. 9:20 – Role Distribution and Team Formation: Students are divided into small work teams, with clear tasks assigned to each group (digging, planting, watering, cleaning). 9:30 – Explanation of Planting Steps: Clear instructions on how to properly plant the saplings, position them, and water them to ensure healthy growth. 10:00 – Planting Begins: Teams move to their designated areas and begin planting according to the given guidelines. 11:30 – Watering Phase: Teams water the newly planted trees to help stabilize the soil around the roots. 12:00 – Cleaning the Area: Collecting tools, removing waste or excess soil, and leaving the site organized and clean. 12:30 – Quick Review and Closing: A short reflection on the work achieved by each team, followed by gathering at the meeting point. 1:00 – End of Activity.
