As part of our ongoing environmental efforts, LOST organized a volunteer activity dedicated to reforestation at the Lebanese National Scout with the participation of 30 volunteers in this impactful initiative.
The activity will kick off on October 12 with a safety briefing, after which participants will work together to plant 30 trees in the designated area. All necessary supplies—including gloves, tools, and materials—will be provided. Transportation to and from the site will be arranged, and refreshments and light snacks will be available throughout the event to keep volunteers energized. Friendly coordinators will accompany the teams to provide support, ensure safety, and maintain smooth operations.
This activity reflects our deep commitment to environmental volunteerism and our dedication to expanding green spaces and promoting sustainability in the community.

The Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST) is organizing a volunteer reforestation campaign in The Lebanese National Scout on 12 October, starting at 9:00 AM. Volunteers will participate in planting 30 trees in the designated area to help restore green spaces and combat environmental degradation. Around 30 volunteers are expected to join, beginning with a safety orientation and team division. Equipped with gloves, tools, and protective vests, teams will continue the planting process until around 11:00 AM, with a short break and refreshments provided midway. The campaign will conclude with documentation of the results and a thank-you note to the volunteers. This initiative aims to raise environmental awareness, encourage teamwork, and promote a greener, more sustainable environment in the Zahle area.
