To kick off our participation in World Clean-Up Day, we are hosting a 45-minute climate awareness session led by a representative from Live Love Lebanon. This session aims to open our eyes to the growing environmental challenges we face—particularly the impact of waste, pollution, and climate change on our health, ecosystems, and future.
Through this interactive talk, participants will explore the root causes of the waste crisis in Lebanon and beyond, understand how everyday habits contribute to environmental degradation, and learn why clean-up efforts are only part of the solution. The session will emphasize the importance of personal responsibility, community action, and long-term behavioral change.
This awareness session isn’t just a presentation—it’s the starting point of a larger movement toward sustainability. It will inspire us to think differently, act consciously, and prepare to take meaningful part in the clean-up efforts and future environmental initiatives

By participating in this session, volunteers will gain a deeper understanding of the environmental challenges facing our communities, particularly the waste crisis and its long-term effects. They will develop greater awareness of their personal impact on the environment and learn practical ways to become part of the solution. The session will also empower them with the knowledge and motivation needed to take meaningful action during World Clean-Up Day and beyond, turning awareness into real change.

Purpose: To raise awareness and build knowledge among youth about climate change, its impact on the environment and communities, and to inspire practical environmental action. 3. Target Group: Youth aged 15–24 years 4. Duration: 45 minutes 5. Objectives: Raise environmental awareness among youth. Explain the local and global impact of climate change. Empower youth to adopt sustainable daily habits. 6. Training Content: Introduction to Climate Change: Simple explanation of climate change and its main causes.
