Join us for a waste sorting activity designed for youth aged 16 to 25! We will learn how to sort waste properly (paper, plastic, other waste) and contribute to protecting the environment in a fun and practical way. Colored bins will be placed at the center and nearby shops for collecting and sorting waste, and the collected materials will be turned into resources to support youth activities at the center.
Age group: 16 – 25 years
Date & Time: Friday, 9:00 AM
Location: Barqail Junction, Hamidieh School
Perks: One-day activity, transportation allowance, refreshments provided
Volunteers needed: 50 participants

1. Gathering and Registration • Arrive on time and register attendance. 2. Waste Sorting Training Session • Learn how to sort paper, plastic, and other waste. • Help community members and visitors understand proper sorting. 3. Distribution and Monitoring of Bins • Place colored bins at the center and nearby shops. • Monitor bin usage and guide visitors. 4. Waste Collection and Sorting • Participate in collecting waste and sorting it by type. • Prepare materials for delivery to recycling centers. 5. Participation in Reuse / Creative Exhibition • Transform some collected materials into artworks or new items. 6. Closing and Volunteer Appreciation • Attend the closing session and celebration of achievements.
