The volunteer opportunity plan
It includes an explanation of the activities and steps necessary to implement the opportunity, with an explanation of the time periods and costs for each activity and for the entire opportunity, as providing this information accurately reflects the professionalism of those in charge of the opportunity and their experience in the field of community work.

Activity Schedule 09:00 – 09:15 | Arrival & Registration • Welcome participants. • Distribute safety gear (gloves, masks) and bags • Brief introduction on objectives, safety rules, and waste sorting methods. 09:15 – 11:00 | Clean-Up Activity • Divide participants into small groups and assign zones. • Collect solid waste in designated community/public areas. Sort waste into: o Recyclable (plastics, paper, glass, metals) / Non-recyclable /Reusable items o Volunteers document progress (photos, videos, waste amounts). 11:00 – 11:30 | Waste Gathering & Disposal Coordination • Bring collected waste to a central point. • Ensure recyclables are placed in designated collection bags • Coordinate with the LLR or recycling partner for pickup and proper disposal. 11:30 – 12:00 | Reflection & Wrap-Up • Short group discussion and Group photo, acknowledgment of volunteers, and closing remarks.
