As part of its ongoing environmental efforts, the Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST) is organizing a volunteer activity aimed at collecting solid waste from the area surrounding the Makani Center in Chmoustar, with the expected participation of around 87 volunteers in this purposeful initiative.

The activity will begin at 3:00 p.m., followed by guidance on safety procedures. Afterwards, volunteers will be divided into organized teams to collect and sort waste within designated areas, with the goal of gathering 90 kilograms of plastic waste.

All necessary supplies will be provided, including gloves and garbage bags. Transportation to and from the site will also be arranged, along with refreshments and light snacks throughout the activity to keep volunteers energized. Coordinators will accompany the teams to provide support, ensure safety, and maintain smooth operations.
