• Volunteer registration and welcome: Volunteers are welcomed, registered, and provided with gloves, hats, and necessary tools. • Introductory session and quick training: A brief session to explain the initiative’s goals, proper tree planting techniques, and safety guidelines. • Tree planting activity: Volunteers are divided into small teams, assigned planting zones, and begin planting under the guidance of organizers. • Break and meal distribution: Volunteers receive a light snack (cake, Bongos, water) along with a sandwich. • Closing session: Sharing reflections, taking group photos
