Climate change is one of the most pressing challenges of our time, and raising awareness among youth is a key step toward building a generation that is more knowledgeable, effective, and environmentally responsible.
This opportunity invites passionate volunteers to participate in a day of awareness sessions designed to educate youth (aged 15–25) about climate change, its local and global impacts, and the actions they can take to contribute to a healthier and more sustainable planet.
These sessions will be implemented by the Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST) in coordination with UNICEF, in various locations, aiming to reach multiple youth groups within a single coordinated effort. Each session will last around 45 minutes and will include interactive discussions, visual materials, and simple, actionable messages on sustainability such as: reducing waste, conserving water and energy, protecting natural resources, and understanding the importance of climate justice.

Three sessions will be held over two days at the following locations: The Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training The Academy of Baalbek's Community Farm The trainer will deliver the first awareness session on Monday, 11-08-2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the organization’s center in Baalbek, targeting around 45 participants. The second and third sessions will be held at Baalbek's Community Farm in the Academy building on Tuesday, 12-08-2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, targeting around 73 participants.
