As part of our ongoing environmental efforts, LOST organized a volunteer activity dedicated to collecting solid waste in the areas surrounding Al-NAS Highschool, with an expected participation of approximately 200 volunteers in this impactful initiative.
The activity will kick off at 9:00 AM with volunteer registration, followed by a safety briefing. Volunteers will then be divided into organized teams to collect and sort waste in designated zone, with the goal of collecting 200 kilograms of plastic.
All necessary supplies including gloves and trash bags—will be provided. Transportation to and from the site will be arranged, and refreshments and light snacks will be available throughout the event to keep volunteers energized.
Coordinators will accompany the teams to provide support, ensure safety, and maintain smooth operations.
This activity reflects our deep commitment to environmental volunteerism and our dedication to preserving the natural beauty of Bednayel.

The Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST) is organizing a volunteer campaign at Nabil Adeeb Suleiman (NAS) HighSchool on July 25, starting at 9:00 AM, to collect and sort 200 kilograms of plastic waste from the surrounding area. Around 200 volunteers are expected to participate, startingwith a safety briefing and team assignments. Equipped with gloves, trash bags, and safety vests, the teams will collect and sort waste until around 11:00 AM, with a break and refreshments provided midway. The campaign will conclude with documentation of the results and a word of thanks to the volunteers. This initiative aims to promote environmental awareness, encourage teamwork, and contribute to cleaning public spaces in the Bednayel area.
