Anera is conducting a Training of Trainers (ToT) in Beirut at Smallville Hotel, focusing on climate change, social behavior change, and facilitation skills. The training covers environmental basics, the impacts of climate change in Lebanon, and methods to integrate climate considerations into programs. Participants will learn about social behavior change, stages of change, theory of norms, and the socio-ecological model, as well as how to define goals for awareness campaigns using the five-step planning tool

The program also includes basics and practical methodologies such as role play, climate storytelling, and community mapping. A comprehensive trainer toolkit with presentations, handouts, activity guides, energizers, reflection tools, and action planning templates will be provided to equip participants with the skills and resources needed to deliver inclusive and impactful training sessions.
