This activity provides an opportunity for youth between the ages of 15 and 29 to explore climate change and waste management issues through an interactive climate education session, followed by a hands-on clean-up and waste collection activity in the Mina area. Youth will also participate in a nature walk to strengthen their connection to the environment. Applicants are expected to actively participate in all stages of the activity, contribute to the clean-up, and help spread environmental awareness within their community. This is a unique opportunity to gain knowledge, take positive action, and join a youth-led environmental initiative.

The activity will take place in Mina, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM, and includes three main phases: Climate education Session (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM): Participants will participate in a 45-minute interactive session focusing on climate change and waste management, aiming to enhance basic knowledge on these topics. Community Clean-up Campaign (9:30 AM – 12:00 AM): Youth will organize themselves into small groups to collect and dispose of solid waste properly, promoting a sense of environmental responsibility and community engagement. What will be provided to participants: Light refreshments, including water and snacks, during the activity. All necessary cleaning supplies and protective equipment to ensure the safety of participants during the campaign
