Climate change is one of the most pressing challenges of our time, and raising awareness among youth is a key step toward building a more knowledgeable, proactive, and environmentally responsible generation. This opportunity invites passionate volunteers to participate in a day of education sessions designed to educate young people (aged 15 to 25) about climate change, its local and global impacts, and the actions they can take to contribute to a healthier and more sustainable planet.
These sessions will be conducted by amel in coordination with UNICEF, taking place simultaneously in four different locations to reach various youth groups as part of a coordinated effort. Each session will last around 45 minutes and will feature interactive discussions, visual materials, and simple, actionable messages on sustainability—such as reducing waste, conserving water and energy, protecting natural resources, and understanding the importance of climate justice.

Since Lebanon is affected by climate change, It was our duty to pay attention to this important aspect. . A group from the UNICEF Youth Advisory group has been trained on how to intervene and deliver environmental awareness sessions for youth. Each session lasts no more than 60 minutes and includes meaningful interactive games about the environment.
