"Activity 1: “Me and My Tree”
An interactive Education Climate Session activity where each participant plants a tree and forms a personal connection with it. They fill out a “Tree Passport” that includes the tree’s name, planting date, their feelings about it, and a promise to care for it. This fosters emotional attachment and responsibility.
Activity 2: Tree Planting
Participants receive a step-by-step demonstration on how to properly plant a sapling. Each tree is labeled with the participant’s name. The activity ends with a group sharing circle and optional photo opportunities to commemorate the experience.
Risks and Mitigation:
Potential risks include water scarcity, low tree survival, and lack of follow-up. These are addressed by choosing suitable tree species, organizing watering schedules, assigning tree guardians, and reinforcing participant ownership through tree adoption strategies."

It also enhanced my leadership, teamwork, and ability to connect with others around shared goals.
