As part of its ongoing commitment to youth empowerment and environmental education, the Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST), in coordination with UNICEF, will organize a full day of climate awareness sessions targeting young participants aged 15 to 25. These sessions aim to raise awareness about climate change, its local and global impacts, and the role young people can play in creating a more sustainable future. The sessions will feature interactive discussions, visual materials, and practical tips on sustainability, including reducing waste, conserving energy and water, protecting natural resources, and promoting climate justice.
Awareness sessions will take place in Taalabeya Official School reaching 60 participants, the sessions will start from 12:00 PM up till 2:00 PM. In sequence, another sessions will take place in NAS Public Highschool, Ksara- Zahle: the awareness sessions will start from 9:00 AM up till 1:00 PM for about 200 participants.
This opportunity not only promotes environmental awareness but also highlights LOST’s professionalism and experience in organizing meaningful community initiatives. By participating, volunteers will help foster climate responsibility and sustainability among the next generation of youth leaders.
