Phase 1 – Building Bridges 6-Day Residential Workshop at the YMCA Camp
• Learn about identity, empathy, communication, and your role in peacebuilding
• Join intercultural activities: art, sports, and storytelling
• Make new friends across divides and grow your network
Phase 2 – Leadership in Action 5-Day Residential Workshop at the YMCA Camp
• Deepen your understanding of conflict and how to transform it
• Train in mediation, negotiation, and leadership
• Develop your own community peace project and apply for a small grant
• Take part in informal exchange activities like hiking and cultural night
Phase 3 – Unifying Voices -5-Day at YMCA Dora training center
• Tackle difficult topics in safe, respectful dialogue spaces
• Learn how to use social media to promote peace, not division
• Create advocacy campaigns that amplify your voice and message

We are looking for motivated youth aged 18–30 living in Baalbeck-Hermel, Beirut, or Mount Lebanon who are: Passionate about making a difference Open to dialogue and learning from others Able to fully commit to the full 8-month program Willing to engage sincerely and actively throughout all phases No prior experience is required—just your energy, curiosity, and commitment.
The training and participation plan
It includes an explanation of the activities and steps necessary to implement the opportunity, with an explanation of the time periods and costs for each activity and for the entire opportunity, as providing this information accurately reflects the professionalism of those in charge of the opportunity and their experience in the field of community work.

The volunteer arrives at Fares Camp and stays for 8 days, during which they gain various skills and knowledge and connect with young men and women from different regions.
