We invite you to take part in a unique environmental volunteer event under the title "Baalbek Blossoms in Green", held at the iconic Baalbek Castle as part of our efforts to celebrate. This initiative aims to beautify and preserve the area by planting lavender and rosemary around the castle grounds. Through this event, we seek to combine environmental action with cultural preservation promoting sustainability in one of Lebanon’s most treasured historical landmarks.
“Baalbek Blossoms in Green” is more than just a name; it reflects our vision of a cleaner, greener Baalbek where heritage and nature coexist in harmony. By planting aromatic and resilient herbs like lavender and rosemary, we aim to contribute to long-term beautification and biodiversity.
The event will take place from 3:00 PM to approximately 6:00 PM, and will include group planting, waste sorting, and awareness-building through action. Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and most importantly, a spirit of teamwork and a smile!

“Baalbek Blossoms in Green” is an environmental volunteer event focused on planting lavender and rosemary around Baalbek Castle. The event aims to promote sustainability, environmental awareness, and cultural preservation. We’ll start by welcoming volunteers with a quick check-in and safety briefing to make sure everyone feels comfortable and ready. Then, you’ll team up to plant lavender and rosemary around Baalbek Castle, helping to brighten up this amazing historic spot. After a short break with snacks and refreshments, we’ll join forces to work together to leave the castle grounds cleaner and greener. We’ll provide all the tools and materials you’ll need, so just come dressed comfortably and ready to have fun! Transportation to and from the site will be provided, as well as refreshments to keep everyone energized throughout the day. Friendly coordinators will guide the teams, answer questions, and keep everything running smoothly. We’ve also prepared safety plans so everyone can enjoy the event worry-free. This plan reflects our experience and commitment to making volunteering enjoyable, meaningful, and impactful for all.
