3883 patients have been accepted to receive Carmah services; nevertheless, it has been noted that a sizable portion still do not. The volunteers' roles are to contact the patients who are still not enrolled in the project, ask about the reasons behind not visiting Carmah partners, and encourage them to collect up the medications needed as soon as possible.
