The World Health Day is a global occasion celebrated annually on April 7th, aimed at raising awareness about the importance of health, working to enhance it, and preserving it for individuals and communities. On this day, we collaborate together on April 14th, 2024, with associations to unify efforts with the initiative under the supervision of the organization "Anira". This event aims to shed light on the importance of focusing on health and raising awareness about the impact of mental health on physical health. It also aims to increase awareness about the importance of reducing stress and promoting mental peace in general. The activities are organized in a way that combines entertainment and education to ensure the effective achievement of these goals through interactive sessions, inviting volunteers to participate in this initiative.
