NISCVT (Beit Atfal Assumoud), founded in 1976 after the Tal Al Zaatar massacre, is a humanitarian, non-sectarian NGO supporting Palestinian refugees and disadvantaged groups in Lebanon. Its mission is to develop the community through family services and gender-balanced projects empowering children, youth, women, and parents. NISCVT envisions justice, peace, and the right of return for Palestinians
